Today, Wilma, Gus, and I adventured to Vermont. Our locations included: Woodstock, Plymouth, and the Mountain Creamery. I also stopped at numerous places to snap photographs and take in the scenery.
Our first stop was to Marsh Billings Rockefeller Park, which has become one of my favorite parks. It has trails, gardens, farm scenery, and unique buildings. On the opposite end I found a random, beautiful stream in Plymouth. It was small, singing, and lovely. And of course, we could not resist some ice cream at the Mountain Creamery, a perfect location for those traveling with precious pups. These were some of our highlights of the day.
Both Wilma and Gus enjoyed rolls in the grass! Wilma devoured her ice cream and enjoyed wading in the stream, while Gus loved licking the wet grass (haha) and tracking the new scents. It was our first summer trip, and a lovely day. So glad to get a daytrip in before the heat wave comes to town!
