Today, Wilma, Gus, and I Adventured to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The White Mountains are a mountain range that cover a large part of New Hampshire, and also a portion of western Maine. The White Mountains include 48 peaks at over 4,000 feet. The White Mountains are popular for skiing, hiking, and ATVing.
We had a refreshing adventure to the White Mountains. I was originally planning on a daytrip next weekend, but our schedule changed a bit, and I could not resist some leaf peeping (haha). We got up before sunrise and headed out to avoid the busy times and get the most out of the day. We spent the majority of our time in Littleton and Bartlett, appreciating some of our favorite spots. The colors were spectacular, although not quite peak at most locations. Wilma and Gus enjoyed strolling along taking in the fall-like air. They rolled in the field, sniffed all they could find, and trotted along. Wilma loved some resting in the tall grass, while Gus was inspired by jumping moths, and digging in the sand. It was relaxing, and gorgeous, on quite the spectacular day. It was not too far into our day that the crowds began coming in, so we did not make an extra-long day out of it. However, it really could not have been better. So thankful for a gorgeous fall day with my two precious pups (this blog will not be rated).

My husband and I went leaf-peeping today! (Green Mountains, mostly.)
